Using this store

Use the website for lawful browsing, purchases and communications. Provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us. Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent payment information or misuse another person's information. Anyone purchasing must be able to enter the transaction lawfully or have appropriate authorization.

Choosing products and placing an order

Read the product details, selected options and included quantities before ordering. Images may look different across displays, and an accessory shown in a picture may be excluded where the description says so. We aim for accurate information; if a material error affects an order, we will address it through an appropriate correction or resolution consistent with applicable law.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated receipt acknowledges submission and does not by itself resolve payment verification, stock availability or acceptance. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, any payment taken will be handled as required, including a refund where appropriate.

Prices, payment and delivery

Amounts are in USD. Review applicable taxes, shipping charges and the final checkout total before paying. The methods offered at checkout and the handling of authorization are explained in the Payment Policy.

Orders normally require 1–2 business days of preparation after successful payment authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days of transit after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded. Delivery estimates are not fixed appointments; our Shipping Policy explains tracking and package issues. Provide a complete delivery address and contact us promptly about errors.

Items with a problem

Our Refund Policy describes requests for damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods. The voluntary request window is 30 calendar days after delivery. Approval and return instructions come before a return shipment. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days; provider posting time can be additional.

That voluntary policy does not cover a simple change of mind, preference, an incorrect size or option selection, or a no-reason return. All rights that applicable consumer law makes non-excludable remain available.

Site content and reasonable boundaries

Product names, trademarks, text and images may be protected by the rights of their respective owners. Access to the site does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit protected material beyond what law permits.

The website can experience interruptions or errors. Any limitation of responsibility operates only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing on this page removes the store's obligations for orders or overrides mandatory consumer protections.

Updates and questions

These terms may be revised for future use of the site. A later revision does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Visit Contact Us if a term or its application to your order needs clarification.
